Terms of Use for Panorama Tourism Bookings

These terms cover the public website of Panorama Tourism LLC, Office A18, Al Sarab Commercial Center, Musaffah M14, Abu Dhabi. They explain the booking forms. They are not a signed transport contract. The quote you receive, if you accept it, is the document that states the vehicle, the time and the price.

Sending the home-page booking form, the contact form, or a WhatsApp message to +971 50 690 5953 is a request. It is not by itself a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only when Panorama Tourism replies that it is accepted. Vehicles and drivers are subject to availability. The fleet page shows the types of vehicles the company lists. It is not a promise that every vehicle is free on the day you prefer.

You are responsible for the passenger count, the addresses and the times you send. A bus booked for 22 people should not be asked to carry more than the seats confirmed in the quote. Children, bags and equipment count toward space. Say if a school group, a crew or a wedding has more than one pickup.

The website does not publish fares or a cancellation table. The price, what is included, and what happens if you cancel or if a flight is late, are stated in the quote. If the quote is silent on a point, ask before you travel. Phone lines are listed as open 24 hours, which is when changes should be sent.

The site describes the company as a licensed transport and tourism company in Abu Dhabi. A licence number is not printed on these pages. Do not treat marketing lines that used to appear on the template, such as claims about mastering technologies, as part of these terms. The operative text is the service description and the quote.

Content on the site, including photographs of vehicles, is for explaining the services. Do not copy the site and present it as your own transport company. Questions about these terms go to admin@panorama-tourism.com or +971 02 5550064.
